Always try to avoid joining any free traffic sending program and never send your page links to your friends to click on your ads. It is better to spend more time to make some quality contents and then promote your sites to the social media or even write some guest posts to some quality sites in order to create links and bring traffic to your site.

Thirdly, If you use wordpress or any other CMS site to publish your post, then make sure that the plugins you are using to insert ads in your posts align with Google’s guidelines for ad implementation.
